Early Morning:
Consume One Scoop of Amla Powder and One Scoop of Wheatgrass Powder with a juice / smoothie / water. You can alternate between the two every morning, but it is recommended to consume both for best results.
Amla protects the skin from the devastating effects of free radicals, and other oxidative stress. It slows down ageing, reduces UV-induced erythema and has an excellent free-radical quenching ability.
Wheatgrass repairs damaged epidermal tissue, inhibits acne breakouts, and diminishes blemishes and scars. It clears up symptoms associated with eczema and psoriasis as it cleanses & detoxifies the body throughout. The vitamin A in wheatgrass enhances skin lustre and provides a glow to the outer skin. It also aids in curing dark spots and blemishes below the eyes, while improving eyesight.
At Night, Before Bed:
Consume One Scoop of Triphala Powder with some milk / water before sleeping.
Triphala has protective effects on dermal fibroblasts and human keratinocytes. It has potential antioxidant properties and acts as a skin-protective ingredient by re-building the skin structural proteins and stimulating selective youth genes.
