Soak One Scoop of Chia Seeds overnight, or for a minimum of 20 minutes in the morning in some almond milk or water. Consume it with your breakfast smoothie or juice along with One Scoop of Alfalfa Powder.
Chia seeds contain a high amount of calcium and manganese which are important for bone health. Calcium is especially critical as it forms the building block of bones.
The Ipriflavone present in alfalfa grass enhances the action of calcium, inhibits bone loss, promotes bone formation and the deposition of the bone matrix. It aids in mineral absorption into the matrix and improves bone strength.
During the Day:
Consume One Scoop of Spirulina Powder with a juice / smoothie / water. This can be consumed along with the Chia & Alfalfa in the mornings, or by itself at any other convenient time during the day.
Spirulina contains a high amount of calcium and other minerals important for bone health. It also contains lysine and arginine which play an important role in bone formation. Lysine preserves bone density by aiding in the body’s absorption of calcium. It also decreases the total amount of calcium that is lost in urine and works in conjunction with vitamin D to help build and maintain strong bones.
