Wheatgrass Buttermilk Recipe

Quick and easy buttermilk recipe for the summer - with an added Superfood, of course.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of Tru Superfoods Organic Wheatgrass Powder
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1 cup of water (depends on your preferred buttermilk consistency)
  • 4 to 5 fresh mint leaves
  • ½ inch of fresh ginger
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  • Blend the above ingredients together in a blender.
  • Add salt as per taste.
  • Garnish it with mint leaves and serve!!
