MEAL | BREAKFAST | BAKE | BLEND | STIR
Quick and easy buttermilk recipe for the summer - with an added Superfood, of course.
- 1 scoop of Tru Superfoods Organic Wheatgrass Powder
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 1 cup of water (depends on your preferred buttermilk consistency)
- 4 to 5 fresh mint leaves
- ½ inch of fresh ginger
- Salt to taste
- Blend the above ingredients together in a blender.
- Add salt as per taste.
- Garnish it with mint leaves and serve!!
