The perfect breakfast for a lazy Sunday morning in bed. As delicious & nutritious as it is easy to make!
- 1 fresh mango
- 1 cup papaya
- 1 cup apple
- 3-4 small bananas
- 1 tbsp of Tru Superfoods Organic Spirulina Powder
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice
- Some ice
What to do:
Blend all of the above ingredients until smooth and creamy in texture. Pour it into a bowl and add your favourite toppings. We love adding Tru Superfoods Chia seeds to our smoothie bowls, along with some tropical fruits.
