Ingredients: (Serves 2-3 People)
- Pineapple/other fresh fruits - 2 Cups
- Milk (Dairy or Almond) - 2 Cups
- Plain Yogurt - 1 Cup
- Honey, to taste
- Tru Superfoods Beetroot Powder - 2 Tablespoons
- Tru Superfoods Carrot Powder - 2 Tablespoons
- Flax Seeds - 1 Tablespoon (Optional)
Instructions:
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Flax seeds can be added during the blending process and powdered, or can be mixed in after the blending.
- Keep tasting and adding honey as per your preference.
- Pour into serving glasses. Make sure to scrape the sides of the jar to get all of the nutritious leftovers.
