Amla Mango Smoothie
MEAL | BREAKFAST | BAKE | BLEND | STIR
A seemingly unlikely combination - but as soon as the waves of amla and mango start dancing together in your mouth, you will wonder why you never thought of combining the two before.
- ½ cup musk melon/cantaloupe
- 1 fresh banana
- ½ cup pineapple
- ½ cup mango
- 1tsp maple syrup (sweetener of your choice)
- ½ cup of fresh coconut milk
- 1 scoop of Tru Superfoods Organic Amla Powder
What to do:
- Blend all of the above ingredients together to get a nice creamy fruit & antioxidant rich smoothie.
- Add some ice if you wish to have it chilled.
